This is the Toddler title in the fun and popular Girlfriends' Guide series of books. Written by Vicki Iovine - a mom, author, and former Playboy centerfold - in a conversational tone, this book is an entertaining alternative to textbook-style parenting guides.
Iovine covers toddler issues from pacifiers to socialization, discipline to eating habits. She offers practical and humorous suggestions and anecdotes that come from her own experience, rather than from a clinical standpoint.
If you are looking for one basic guide to toddlers, this probably is not the book you want. However, if you want an enjoyable read and relevant advice from a fellow mom, this is a great pick.
